Airheads v0.1.4 becomes laggy and doesn't display camera/processing textures during soak test #1

Framerate drops to 1 fps and the app is unresponsive.

Looks like the camera image is possibly not being captured/is a black screen.

The INVALIDCALL is being returned by this D3D call: IDirect3DTexture9::LockRect

Release v0.1.5 adds logging that should help diagnosing this issue.
