Instructor Insights: subheads should be H3 not H2

When migrating the "How Student Time was Spent" section, the subsections should be H3s, not H2s. These subheads are indentifiable by the class "subhead" as opposed to the class "title"

Thanks for pointing that out @pdpinch I believe this issue may need to be updated or linked to the newer issue for the recent update. Because I believe we must have had some changes in the theme, as the headings that it says should be h3, they are already h3. Those h3 headings, I believe they are now required to be h4.

As, heading 1 is our main, biggest heading (after the title), which is currently h3, and according to the other, newer issue; we want to keep it as it is: as h3. So the next subheadings should be h4, and the smallest subheading, Heading 3, should be h5.
