Instructor Insights: change H2 "Instructor Insights" to "Instructor Interview" #440

Many Instructor Insights pages have an H2 heading in them with the text "Instructor Insights". In the legacy site design, this looked okay, but in the new site design with clearer and more prominent page titles, this H2 is redundant and confusing.

We would like to change all these from:

Instructor Insights
-------------------

to

Instructor Interview
--------------------
