import two in-progress courses so they can be published: RES.6-013 and 4.433 #506

As a course author, I'd like to continue working on:

  1. res-6-013-ai-101-fall-2021
  2. 4-433-modeling-urban-energy-flows-towards-sustainable-cities-and-neighborhoods-spring-2020

The courses have been exported from Plone:

We solved this by copying and pasting the course materials.
