Allow user to see ZenDesk conversation in Teacher's Portal #276

As a user, I'd like to be able to see my support conversations embedded in the teacher's portal, similar to https://projects.invisionapp.com/share/Y84OLUER6#/screens/122088869

At this point, we're assuming that we'll continue to use ZenDesk for the support backend. In order to display the threaded discussion and support form in the drawer, we'll use the ZenDesk API. I think the relevant documentation is at https://developer.zendesk.com/rest_api/docs/core/requests

@pdpinch or @itsbenweeks can provide the token -- or maybe @bdero or @blarghmatey

@itsbenweeks great. I thought you and carson were doing something similar but wasn't sure.
