Fix #156 .

~~Adds wilds to the [dev] option in setup.cfg, as that's what we use to build the RTD page. Right now, one of the example notebook imports is failing and killing the build.~~

It might make sense to freeze the build for that particular notebook, because loading that dataset takes forever..

Doesn't look like the per-notebook setting is being respected vs. the nbsphinx_execute = "always" set in conf.py. Options:

switch to the convention that we execute the notebooks locally and commit plots to the repo (ugh!)
remove the example temporarily
add the notebook to the nbsphinx exclusions option
address #158
