Improve Redmine gantt chart.

Features

• Display date on the top of the table
• Move start date and due date on gant chart with mouse drag
• Change start date and due date separately with resize operation
• Try move and resize gant chart object while pressing "Ctrl key"
• It works 3 zoom levels

Installation

1. Clone

$ cd (redmine root)/plugins
$ git clone https://github.com/sunagimo/redmine_smart_ganttchart

2. Restart Redmine
