Potential problem in computing the growth rate #2

(1) The group of commodity used to compute the growth rate may not be stable, for example wheat may be present in one year but not the following year. Thus the basket for Cereal is not comparable from year to year.

(2) A scale problem also exist as well, the growth rate will be drawn closer to commodity which are produced on a larger scale.

This issue is obsolete due to the shift to the new methodology.
