Investigate iterative imputation methodology #59

One of the reason that the iterative methodology was not utilizaed was due to the fact of extreme sparsity and also the fact that the convergence property is not well known.

A simple test using irmi from the VIM package on wheat shows that the method generates infeasible numbers such as negative production/area/yield and values that are deemed impossible.

Further investigation and fine-tunings are required.
