Every value in the data has a symbol, it represents how the value was obtained. Missing symbol represents official data.

Current, only data marked as T and duplicated F are imputed.

Should we construct the validation based on official statistics (symbol = "") or all data which are not used in imputation?

C = Calculated E = Imputation M = Missing data P = figures originated from another data bank (CCBS) in production or trading partner in trade. F and T = Values to be imputed.
