Makes it difficult to pick the most recent release. Consider a new naming system. Possibly: hax-vX.X.X-release_purpose

The naming convention definitely needs to change. This is not a big deal, however, as I am planning on removing our competition code from the repository when we are able to able to link with HAX from an arbitrary project directory.

I removed all but two of the old tags. I'll rename the two tags that are still present when we have something done-enough to give a version number.
