~Should we also add a an autotest e.g. test_tuner here?~ ~tests most likely depend on mlr-org/mlr3mbo#35~ tests are now commented; as soon as this PR is merged, open an issue about tests and link mlr3mbo (if stable) test_mlr_tuners depends on mlr-org/mlr3mbo#35
