Please: Create a folder if the folder doesn't exist. Particularly useful for creating files names with folder paths included e.g. myFolder/MyFileNote

LIkewise, if a file already exists, could there be an option to append instead of create. This would be really useful for me.

Likewise, it would be nice if there were an option for the template-output that would be the current folder. This way the file could be placed in the same folder as the call...CurrentPath includes the filename, which leads to problems.
