Fields not being populated, template-output not working #34

Using the "Joe Blogs" demo from the README:

Joe Blogs - manager at Weissman Heiss - (lots of details)

I get a create from template popup that looks like this, with the Overview field empty: image

And the output note looks as you would expect from the popup (missing the overview): image

I've tested with some other templates and the result is always the same. If I put in A - B - C - D - E, it will only show A in the title and B in the body. If there is no {{body}} only A will show

Also, no matter the folder I give for template-output, it will only place the note in the root.

Was a foolish formatting error from cutting and pasting. The template was in a block. Works fine when formatted properly.
