"From Template: Re-index templates" is only option available #43

Can re-index but options to add content "From Template" never appear.

Is this related - DevTools failed to load source map: Could not load content for app://obsidian.md/luxon.js.map: System error: net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND

This was happening to me because I was not using the default template location. I had to go into the settings for this plugin and tell it where to find the templates.
