Some of our dependencies in Pikabu's bower.json point to non-existant branches, or point to branches when tagged versions will suffice.

Hey folks, in the future, I'd like for us to migrate our dependencies from bower to npm whenever we touch a library/component that uses bower. Thx 😍.
