Make the user name a clickable element.

Let's remove ability to PM oneself for the first version. I understand how Facebook allows you to message oneself but let's defer that for now in the first version.

Another observation - in trying to message oneself we actually load the inbox unparsed which gets even more confusing. Given we are monitoring our internal inbox instead of a chat channel in our name makes more sense not to be able to message our own inbox.
