Restore SVG icons, include PNG as fallback. #20

Now that SVGs work on the production site, restore them for HiDPI users and filesize benefits. Implement detection for non-compatible browsers to see the PNG files we already created.

I've optimized the PNG by the way (w/ ImageOptim)

Actually, @ray-s, I think you have the SVG of the smaller icon. I'll make a new issue and assign it to you.
