Fix downloader for molgenis v3.0.x #17

Some files were changed a little but show as total rewrite due to formatting.

Some fields in the Entity/Attribute/Package and Tag were changed, therefore I generated new equals and hashcode functions.

With: -f mappings-rdconnect-fixed.xlsx -m -o -u https://molgenis80.gcc.rug.nl -a admin -i -p **** sys_map_MappingProject I get a nullpointer

When password is entered wrong instead of telling so, the app tells that the meta cannot be found
