Does not download the entity extended by a refEntity #72

How to reproduce

Download data from BBMRIi-Eric

java -jar downloader.jar -f bbmri-eric-acc2.xlsx -o -u https://molgenis129.gcc.rug.nl/ eu_bbmri_eric_collections

Observed behavior

Onotolgy_terms is not downloaded.

Expected behavoir

Downloads ontology_terms as well
