Write regionprops attributes major_axis_length and minor_axis_length to output csv #9

Request inclusion of the regionprops attributes:

major_axis_length, and
minor axis_length

in our output csv files.

Could be useful to know per glomeruli, per podocyte, and average across all podocytes in a single glomerulus. This is a 'nice to have' enhancement, not a core feature request.
