Missing permissions - Steam Flatpak #9

Running the Steam flatpak for the first time shows the following message:

Steam input devices udev rules don't seem to be installed.
If you experience issues with gamepads, consider installing
"steam-devices" package using your distribution package manager.

Follow-up errors (i386 compatability extensions not installed):

The following i386 compatibility flatpak extensions are not installed, Steam may not work properly:
org.freedesktop.Platform.GL32.nvidia-555-58-02

Try running flatpak update; if it doesn't help, install the extensions manually:
flatpak install org.freedesktop.Platform.GL32.nvidia-555-58-02//23.08
