USER STORY: Contact Form #15

Epic #14 As a site User I can submit a contact form so that I can ask for additional information.

Acceptance Criteria:

On the contact us page site Users can submit the contact form by filling in their name, email and a message.
All fields are required.

Tasks:

[ ] Create a contact form which will allow all submitted forms to be stored on the admin panel.
