Epic #1

As a site User I can intuitively navigate through the site so that I can easily find the desired information.

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. Each feature have a navigation link.
  2. Links should be visible on all pages.
  3. A Navbar should be visible and easy to locate on each page
  4. The Navbar should be responsive and collapse to an hamburger menu for smaller screen sizes
