Create a self signup group of 75 for each work session #16

See #15 for why. This will be our mechanism for regulating the # of students in the lecture hall.

Merel made an example group for the first session. Make sure that is correct and make a copy for each of the remaining work sessions.

Zofia: create the groups weekly and announce the signup weekly
