Adjust the pace #42

Two things:

The goal is about 6-7 hrs/wk of work for the class but the current homeworks are likley taking longer.
We've had a set back with the HW02 debacle.

So I think I need to spread the pace out a bit more. I could delete Langrange's equation (retain TMT) and then use the extra week to gain two lecture weeks. I'm also going to do 4 problems per week as a standard instead of the 6 I tried in hw 02.

Schedule has been massaged a bit, but mostly in more time for a couple homeworks and spreading out for the instructors right now. We will do 4 problems per assignment.
