duplicate-ish parts of the code between statistical_test.py and differential_analysis.py (module: analysis)(#91)
downsize_dir.py and read_downsize.py work on directory instead of a dataframe (module: normalization)
should plot_placeholder.py and other plot method inside non-plotting Classes be exported to the plot module?
