Recommendations/Picking (Spec)

• [x] User story Description

• Category Picker The User can chose a series of interests from a "Tag Picker" that will let us know what categories we should base their recommendations of. This will let us know if a user likes to "Go to Burger places" and "Check out Museums"

• Like/Dislikes The user should be able to categorize a Activity/Place of interest as a Like or Dislike. Based on the user selected categories, will present a "Card Stack" of Activities & Places to determine the user tastes. The cards will be a mix of activities and places that will let us determine if a user likes "Going to Museums" more than "Go-Karting".
