Re-ordering of itinerary slots #33

In the itinerary view, there's a image that allows drag re-ordering. Let's add in that functionality or take that out.

That re-ordering image is meant to be an image which allows you to change the place for that itinerary time slot. I think I just need to update the image there. We can maybe push this to next week.
