Add category filtering to queue page #51

If a mentor is in lots of categories and there are tons of categories to view, they should be able to filter by them.

Hmm, I was hoping this would just be a front-end JS thing, but now I'm realizing it will require making changes to the back-end, since we do pagination on the back-end.
