Basically its a big list of the domains/feeds that Facebook uses for Trending Topics, possibly a good source for common sites that we could add to Tippy-Top-Sites.
We'd probably have to write a basic feed scraper that attempts to parse the list of RSS feeds and determine the site's URL and then do some clever de-duping.
