Thumbnail service is failing

The failure appears to be an issue with Blitline.

Service is fixed. Still need to regenerate missing thumbs (https://github.com/mozilla/api.webmaker.org/issues/196) and monitor service for future failure (https://github.com/MozillaFoundation/mofo-devops/issues/251).
