Hi, How do I import multiple protein sequences. I get an error when I try just two protein accession numbers. Is there a way to export the peptide sequences from the web interface? Thank you

Hey @Leo3kal ,

sorry for the delayed answer somehow I got no notification. You can only search for one protein at a time. If you want the results for multiple proteins you have to combine them manually.

There is actually no download function for the peptides yet. I will implement it quickly.
