Another issue: https://www.mousephenotype.org/data/charts?accession=MGI:894649&allele_accession_id=MGI:6156597&zygosity=homozygote&parameter_stable_id=TCPLA_EYE_027_001&pipeline_stable_id=TCPLA_001&procedure_stable_id=TCPLA_EYE_003&parameter_stable_id=TCPLA_EYE_027_001&phenotyping_center=TCP 7+7 condition is not satisfied.

Further investigation showed that possible reason is that some other LA parameters were not included into MergeParametersList.txt.
