Remove duplicate requests #314

I'm using fwknop in a long living interval, but when knocking twice, the first knock isn't removed from iptables. It should be removed, instead of cluttering up iptables.

Hello tianshuo, I think this might be a duplicate of my issue #158? If so, perhaps you can close this issue...
