Clean up the UI and re-enable the tooltips #16

The tooltips were disabled in https://github.com/mrhappyasthma/IsThisStockGood/commit/102e3c189e1feaa88795ae1ac3bd26224bc597ad

The UI as a whole is super minimalistic. It could use some serious UX love.
