CHADTree installed correctly, all dependencies installed, CHADdeps works, then error #318

CHADTree installed correctly, all dependencies installed, CHADdeps works, then when I try CHADopen, i get this error:

Error detected while processing function CHADon_exit: line 1: CHADTree EXITED - 1

I've been getting this issue now more frequently as well. Here's a little more info for mine:

Error detected while processing BufEnter Autocommands for "*":
