Update for the engineers in Colonia following the successful conclusion of operation La Forge. #559

The process of upgrading all the engineers in Colonia was completed this morning, here are the updates to ED Engineer to make the changes visible. The patch also includes the other blueprints exclusive to Colonia (FSD Interdictor long range g5, shielded AFMU and fuel scoop g5). The UUID for the coriolis integration were generated by me, I will submit a PR for coriolis-data to get them in there.

fyi I updated the "fix me" guids to empty guids here f4863284cd50301f3f29227df35e975df2664568 to make the tests pass

let me know if you want this version to be deployed or if you'd rather wait for the coriolis synchronization before
