Add missing guid and blueprints #561

This fixes the slight brain fart I had when I pushed cb21-colonia-202101 and created a PR for it before I comitted the last batch of changes, which included the new GUID (and the last set of blueprint availability changes).

Please accept my apologies for being a moron.

Oh, and in answer to your earlier comment, this should go out even though coriolis does not have the blueprints yet.
