Blueprints for "hip shot accuracy", "headshot damage" and "weapon range" updated. Addresses issue #639 Ref developer post: https://forums.frontier.co.uk/threads/odyssey-update-weapon-engineering-recipe-fixes.585874/ New bluprints from INARA. Added price for E-Breach (Of note, with this change, Odyssey consumables are no longer used in any blueprints.)
