Newly configured encoded materials still listed as 'Unknown' #738

Issue #718 added handling for 'Thargoid Interdiction Telemetry'

This is being collected and displayed in the correct group on the GUI, however the 'unknown' ingredient is still listed at the bottom of the window:

Could be fix for #718 was not complete or its a new issue with the handlers for the ingredients. Probably the first one :)
