SPRITE Y COMP: YWOK needs to be inverted #126

On sprite Y comparator sheet, the inverter YWOK goes into the /ENA input of the D-latches YZAB...XUSO. The non-inverted ENA input comes from an unnamed COMP CLOCK inverter. So I guess we should add an inverter after YWOK.
