Fix Facets Suite file headers #21

some of the files output by Facets Suite have _hisens appended to the header value, causing issues with cBioPortal.

@vurals made a series of commits to Facets Suite, including https://github.com/mskcc/facets-suite/commit/41a01fe9afb947f38af2802cf62189e0a1061cc5 , which reverted and fixed these issues but it has not been included yet in a new Facets Suite release. Need to get a new release of Facets Suite with these fixes.

gonna implement a fix on helix filters side until it gets updated in a new facets release

looks like the affected files are produced in copy_number.cwl; portal/data_CNA.txt and portal/data_CNA.ascna.txt
