get variant overlap metrics into the pipeline #41

Use https://github.com/mskcc/variant-overlap or some other tool to add sample variant overlap metrics to the sample comparison workflows & output metrics, variants, and/or reports so that we can directly compare the variants present/absent between 2 or more samples

there might also be other vcf tools that could do this as well

instead of my custom tool listed there I think it might be better to just use bcftools isec
