We need to get a samplesheet of some sort to be output by Argos CWL workflow that can be used with CLI scripts here in pluto repo to run the pipeline. Right now a lot of the required values to run the main workflow are only stored in Voyager system which is not easy to access from the command line. If we had a simple samplesheet with the details we could run projects much easier
