Incorporate DMP copy number information (resurrection) #64

Investigators want to see the DMP copy number calls in the cBioPortal study with the resurrection events.

We need to just append the relevant sample columns of the portal data_CNA.txt file to the existing data_CNA file. mskimpact/data_CNA.txt @stevekm
