Fix filename bug(s) on certain dashboard tables #1222

current behavior: Cohort ID_CCS_XXXXPPP_.tsv

expected behavior: CCS_XXXXPPPP_samples.tsv

  1. Patient's table (already known)

current behavior: Patient's Samples.tsv expected behavior: C-XXXXXX_samples.tsv

  1. Request Samples table filename

current behavior: IGO Request ID_XXXXX_N_.tsv

expected behavior: XXXXX_N_samples.tsv
