I tried to get this up & running, but I encountered Warning: Error in utils::txtProgressBar: must have 'max' > 'min' as soon as I tried to start Training. Can you provide either a README.md for instructions or potentially list your R package versions so I can see if my system is set up correctly?

Sorry for the delay Alvin! We are putting a new and updated version up right now- and the error should be gone. Also, see this paper JBI paper with more details on the app. 1-s2.0-S1532046419300218-main.pdf

@mtopaz I finally tried to get around to installing & using this again, and I'm having trouble getting it installed this time. I was able to change the installer.R file to get most things to work on my Mac, but I was unsuccessful in getting the maxent.tar.gz package installed. In some troubleshooting, it looks like it's compiled with an older version of C++ that isn't supported by Apple's Xcode anymore. Do you know if your software has been successfully installed on a Mac?

Sorry to hear about troubleshooting Alvin! We did have the software installed on Mac several times. There was some troubleshooting involved. You might want to just comment out Maxnet package from the source code and try without it- I don't think we use it extensively, if at all. Feel free to talk to me if you need more info- happy to schedule to chat!
