Tonio mentioned to push decision on License for workshop.

The question is still open. I had suggested to Peter the two main variants - MIT or GPL - but ultimately no decision was made yet. Anyway, as we use KaFKA, which uses the GPL, we will have to use that.

I used GPLv3 for kafka as we were required to have an open source licence, and that was the one used for the BEAM toolbox ;) However, we can change it, or use different licenses for other parts of the engine, as you can argue that the inference, prior, and SAR and optical pre-processing "engines" are all independent pieces of work that are being "glued" together.

Ok. I also had GPLv3 already included in the code and will stick with that (@JorisTimmermans?).
