Upon looking across the knowledgebase, I didn’t managed to find any info related to order management related to buyer side. I noticed that there is refund system, so would like to ask is there anything that I missed out regarding to the capabilities of a buyer to do something like these:
1) Buyers can confirm that their orders were received (i.e. Click a button named “Order Received” in their My Account pages or any alternatives which would mark the order as completed or whatsoever)
2) Buyers can confirm that vendors provided the booking service as per their booking orders (i.e. Click a button named “Check-in/check-out” or even the same button as point 1), namely “Order Received”, in their My Account pages or any alternatives which would mark the order as completed or whatsoever)
3) Buyers can confirm that a rental product is really provided to them on their booking date (i.e. Click a button named “Check-in/check-out” or even the same button as point 1) and 2) in their My Account pages or any alternatives which would mark the order as completed or whatsoever.)
Instead of ONLY letting the vendors to mark the orders as completed, I think the things that I’ve mentioned is quite vital in a marketplace too. Buyer should have the capability to click order received before an order can be marked completed by the vendors. This were to make sure that the admin know that an order is really completed to prevent any dispute, frauds or scams, or even unethical/unauthorized/intentionally completed-marking-action, to fully protect buyers.
